Are you destined to become one of our most esteemed and celebrated detectives?  Could you be entrusted to solve history's most enduring crimes? Receive a cold case crime file package in the mail every 4 to 6 weeks after initial file package. Use the clues inside to solve a compelling historic mystery. The items we have included in many of our case files are cryptic, may have  cipher notes and letters, journals, vintage photographs or printings, maps, newspaper articles, FBI and police profiles, crime scene investigation evidence and so much more. There are only a limited number of crime files available each month and we sell out quickly.

All cases are of real people, places and items. Learn history while having fun.

Every item in the case file is a clue. Read actual handwritten letters from the our famous victims and those who knew them best. Sort through the codes, autopsy reports and study every document. Use the internet to discover additional clues. You are the detective and we need you to apply all your skills and abilities to solve the case!

If you wish the solution, you may request it online. Please see instructions included in the case file.

FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY.

Below we have a bit of advice to get you started.

During any homicide investigation, a detective must answer the following three questions:

Motive

Motive: Who had a reason to kill the victim? Did any particular person benefit ideologically, financially or romantically from the victim's death? Was it a case of revenge? Jealousy? Hatred?

Opportunity:

Who had a chance to kill the victim?  Does any specific person possess the needed time or are in the necessary position and place to kill the victim? Is there any person unaccounted for and has no alibi during the time the victim was killed?

Means:

Who had access to the murder weapon and the victim? Did any specific person or persons have the skill, physical ability or unique knowledge necessary to use the murder weapon effectively?
